A busy construction company is looking for a self-motivated, responsible, reliable person who can assist with the construction process. Past construction production experience is a MUST. Looking for someone who is able to start immediately. (Office position)

Daily Duties:
Excellent problem solving skills
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors
- Update clients
- Schedule inspections
- Purchase Materials
- Customer Service
- Direct and supervise field staff
- Strategic Thinking- Can see the big picture and understands how the pieces of the organization fit together.
- Production oriented
- Ability to resolve issues and adapt quickly to manage delays and meet construction deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and site plans
- Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, organized, honest, able to multi-task, personable and hard working. This will require working with a small close-knit team--we are looking for someone with a willingness to take ownership of their position, contribute and help grow a business.
Experience;
- Must-Have Construction Experience (minimum 1 Year)
- Preferred English and Spanish speaker.
