Job Description:
TreeHouse Foods has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Corporate Recruiter you’ll be an ambassador of the candidate and hiring manager experience, and responsible for in full-cycle recruitment. This role provides you with an opportunity to use innovative recruiting techniques to source for passive talent as well as evaluate incoming applicants. You will work on our Corporate Talent Acquisition team, filling positions within our Supply Chain organization.
A Flavor of the Role:
- Drive a positive candidate experience and support TreeHouse Foods employment brand by being a brand ambassador (both online and offline).
- Execute full-cycle recruiting and pipelining plans for Supply Chain leadership positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs to develop your recruiting strategy and establish an operating plan
- Develop pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
- Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Fill critical business positions with high performers, in a timely fashion.
- Navigate various hiring teams and key stakeholders, and vary your recruiting strategies based on the geography and role requirements.
- Advise hiring teams on creating a robust recruiting process focused on quality hiring.
- Continuously research the hiring market and recruiting industry trends.
Your Key Ingredients (What Makes You a Great Fit):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of recruiting in CPG Manufacturing/Supply Chain positions
- Strong with ATS systems and Microsoft products is a MUST!
- Familiarity with OFCCP and EEO and is able to follow recruiting processes to ensure compliance
- Familiarity with recruiting both in U.S. and Canada
- Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates and social recruiting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Natural relationship building skills, and passion for nurturing relationships both internally with stakeholders and externally with prospects.
- Proven results identifying passive candidates in a timely manner via creative recruiting strategies.
- Position may require travel
- Preferred AIRS Certified Recruiter (CIR and CDR)
