The Parking Supervisor is a working supervisor overseeing Parking Attendants and all Summit parking lots.

The Parking Supervisor is a working supervisor overseeing Parking Attendants and all Summit parking lots.

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Hires, motivates, and supervises staff to ensure adequate guidance and resources to accomplish established goals and objectives. Ensures that all employees receive the training, support, guidance, feedback and resources necessary.
- Schedules Parking Attendants staff.
- Compute time sheets and approve time in time and attendance system.
- Work in parking lots with Parking Attendants.
- Maintain attitude and professionalism of staff.
What we are looking for:
- Must be able to stand outside in inclement weather for long periods of time.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to make quick decisions regarding safety.
- Must be able to maintain control and rational demeanor in emotionally charged situations involving guests and/or employees.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $21.00 to $23/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
All Full Time individuals may participate in our Ally Heath benefit. It gives fast and easy access to Telemedicine and Mental Health appointments. It covers all family members and there are no copays or deductibles. It is a $4 deduction each week.
